Today’s Scripture
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

The way these early Christ-followers loved one another created a flywheel of growth. Why do you think outsiders wanted to participate in that community?
What about this community is compelling to you? How do you see these characteristics reflected at Westside?
How do you think we as a church could better model this kind of unshakeable generosity and love?

Pray for God to continue to grow you in your discipleship journey in the area of generosity. Ask God to continue to bind Westside together as a loving community that is following Him on a mission in the world.
